Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Aubrey just moved to Southern California from Texas and she is excited to empower moms in her new community. She has been working in pelvic health since she became a physical therapist in 2016. Her love for women’s health started when she saw that there were options for people who were struggling with leakage and pelvic pain and believed it to be normal! She believed this gave women hope and she wanted to be a part of it. Aubrey is Herman and Wallace trained and has been continuing her education in the pelvic health world for the past 8 years. She really enjoys using subtle curing, light touch and movement to encourage the body to function at maximum capacity. Her kindness allows her to celebrate in the big moments and listen in the difficult moments. Women deserve to laugh without leaking, jump care free, and feel strong during pregnancy.

When she isn’t working you may see her around town with her two boys and husband. They love to explore new places and eat interesting foods. She also finds joy in cooking and baking, especially a recipe she hasn’t tried! Family takes them back to Tennessee and Florida as well.
